For some reason the name
Fang Island sounds like a stoner rock band name to me, and damned if "Asunder" doesn't come close to fulfilling that stereotype with the opening riff. The dream is soon rendered dead, however, as the song quickly reveals itself for the catchy indie rock ditty it really is.
